Together with Mid Devon, a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) was produced in order to provide a comprehensive masterplan for circa 1100 houses that met with the vision of the local authority as well as the demands of the developers for the site. 

Multiple stakeholders including landowners, funds and house builders were brought together to achieve the adopted masterplan. 

An Outline Planning Application for the first phase of the masterplan (200 new homes)received consent in 2018.
