A carefully considered design was developed for a prominent brownfield site in the historic Cotswold town of Tetbury. Working in close collaboration with Newland’s planning and design team, the proposals were sensitively shaped by the town’s rich architectural heritage, responding to its distinctive character and setting.

The site, located within easy reach of the town centre, offers a rare opportunity to deliver much-needed, sustainable new homes in a highly accessible location. The resulting scheme balances density and design quality, contributing positively to Tetbury’s urban fabric. A planning application for 44 new homes was submitted in 2021.
